M.A.N.N.I.E Method

The M.A.N.N.I.E Method

The MA.N.N.I.E Method is an integrative emotional wellness framework that uses movement, creativity, and embodied awareness to support nervous system regulation, emotional intelligence, and whole-person wellbeing.

Grounded in somatic dance movement, emotional intelligence, expressive arts, and nature-based practices.  The method teaches individuals how to recognize, process, and regulate emotions through safe physical expression rather than suppression or avoidance. Participants develop practical tools for self-awareness, stress management, confidence building, and emotional resilience.

The MA.N.N.I.E Method  is designed for children, teens, adults, educators, and community spaces, making emotional wellness accessible, engaging, and culturally relevant. Inspired by the story world of Mannie the Dancing Mammoth, the method incorporates storytelling, imagination, and play to create meaningful learning experiences that foster connection, creativity, and lifelong emotional skills.

Programs can be delivered through workshops, school programming, community events, therapeutic movement sessions, and curriculum-based offerings.
