Mannie Gives Back is our way of pouring love, resources, and opportunity back into the communities that inspire us most, especially right here in the Eastern Sierra.

🎨 Supporting the Arts in Mono County

We believe the arts change lives, especially in small mountain towns.

A portion of Mannie the Dancing Mammoth book sales through the Mono Arts Council will be donated directly back to the Mono Arts Council. These funds help support:

Arts education programs.
Local artists and creatives.
Youth and community based art initiatives throughout Mono County.

By purchasing Mannie through the Mono Arts Council, you are not just buying a book. You are reinvesting in the creative heartbeat of our community.

💛 Program Overview

Mannie Sponsors Dancers Program for Eastern Sierra Dancers, provides financial support directly to families to help young dancers continue participating in dance. Funds may be used for dance related expenses such as classes, competition fees, costumes, footwear, or training opportunities.

This program is not affiliated with or operated through any dance studio. Families receive funds directly and may use the support at the studio or program of their choice.

Inspired by the message of Mannie the Dancing Mammoth, this program reflects the belief that movement supports emotional wellness, confidence, and self expression. Our goal is to help more kids keep dancing, expressing themselves, and building resilience through the arts.

💃 What the Scholarship Can Be Used For

Funds may be used toward:

• Dance class tuition

• Competition or recital fees

• Costumes or footwear

• Workshops or training opportunities

• Other dance related expenses approved by the family
